Solution Oluwasegun Odesola
Oluwasegun is Head of AI Research and Innovations at Afritech. He established iQvistas Solution formally as a sole proprietorship in 2016. In his capacity as managing director, Oluwasegun oversees everything from company strategy, design, and finance to cultivating and transferring an ambitious and honest culture.
Oluwasgun has overseen iQvistas’ growth year after year, as the company has opened additional offices, hit significant financial milestones, and quickly increased its workforce. He aggressively encourages staff members’ personal development and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels appreciated and has lots of possibilities.
Oluwasegun is always looking to drive Afritech forward for the benefit of the staff and clients we work with. He willingly works with the team to identify areas for improvement, whether this means re-evaluating how he carries out his own role or providing extra training or support for staff.
